    • Contributing to the development of Davis Dot, a social connection platform aimed at fostering healthy relationships among University of California Davis students
    • Developing the “Stories” component of the platform using React Native and TypeScript, integrating design from Figma, and collaborating with a cross-functional team
    • Working closely with other developers to implement features that enhance user engagement, such as displaying user-generated posts, media content, and tags in a dynamic and visually engaging format
    • Collaborating with UX/UI designers to ensure alignment between the app's design and functionality.

    • Managed and maintained the ServiceNow platform, including creating service request forms, developing knowledge bases, and configuring work assignment groups and email notifications
    • Designing Scripts and automating workflows using ServiceNow Workflow Designer, following detailed flowcharts provided by departments to improve efficiency
    • Processed and resolved 80+ request tickets for enhancements, form creation, and group change requests
    • Developed within an Agile/Scrum framework, leveraging multiple ServiceNow instances (Development, Test, and Production) to ensure seamless feature deployment and system reliability

    • Developed and maintained a custom Discord bot for a community server with over 20,000 members using Discord.py, focusing on enhancing user engagement and management
    • Implemented SQlite for efficient database management
    • Developed a karaoke feature that streamlined event management, catering to approximately 100 participants per event

    • Developed a web app, NutriFinder, in a 36-hour time frame with 3 other individuals at HackMerced IX to assist users in finding food items based on preferences, in addition to providing nutritional information
    • Utilized React for the front end, Flask for the back end, along with Python and GoogleMaps API to gather data and create a user-friendly interface
    • Presented NutriFinder to professionals in the tech industry, demonstrating effective teamwork, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver a functional product under tight deadlines
